The purpose of this journal is for you to define and explain what constitutes quality in a product or service, including internal and external customer service you have either been provided or provided to others.

When shopping for goods or services, what do you look for? How do you define good quality

or excellent service?

Your journal entry should address the following:

  1. Define internal customer service, explaining how you personally provide excellent internal customer service to colleagues or have received the same, discussing how teamwork and time management play a role.

  2. Define external customer service, providing an example of an organization you feel provides excellent external customer service and describing how the organization achieves such, including the importance of time management.

  3. Make sure you include an examination of how social media and the Internet have impacted customer service.

Your journal should consist of a minimum of 3 well-constructed paragraphs. Sources used, if anyshould be listed and cited in APA, but they are not required.

Reflect on what you have learned in the first four units of this course and answer the following questions:


Explain how gross domestic product is calculated using the income approach and the expenditure approach.

Compare the classical economic theory that was used prior to the Great Depression to the Keynesian theory used after the Great Depression.
