Through communication we can connect with our friends and understand them better. We should always improve our communication through learning to listen to others first and giving them time to air out their opinions. You should always make the other person feel that you’re interested and accommodative of whatever he/she tells you.
Leaving something better than you found it should be an accomplishment to be proud of. While relating with your friends you should help them grow in things that will help them build their future and they will always appreciate you. This help strengthens relationship goals between your friends and you.
Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion but some always assume that their opinions are right. This type of people you can only discuss with them important matters because you will always disagree on all the opinions.
Whenever someone criticizes me I always listen at his/her critics and they always make me become a better person. I would never direct critics to someone else because they discourage someone morale on how he/she reacts to certain things.
Whenever am communicating I always ensure that the message I pass across is effective and easy to understand. This is because it might cause wrong interpretation of message if not clearly passed across.
By people criticizing one another, not helping others because of fear of competition and using wrong techniques while communicating violate the core values of communication. Through listening to other’s opinion, taking people interest first and using a smile gesture while communicating help us achieve our communication values. Most people find it difficult following this core values because they are used to violating them and lack social ethics.
