The government needs to put the public first, since they are here to serve the people.

This article is about the effects ethical leadership has on safety participation and safety compliance. The results of the study concluded that self efficacy and job autonomy would have an impact on the effects of the ethical leadership on safety participation and safety compliance.

This article explains how unethical behavior can be created when there is high goal structure and no guidelines for agents to follow. Employees will naturally try to cut some corners so they can get recognized or earn that extra bonus. It is critical to let the employees now the rules and regulations and they have to be enforced a 100% of the time.

The media has the attention of the people, that is why it is more costly to make a mistake now compared to 15 years ago because the information would not have spread that much. It is crucial that companies make sure that their employees do the right thing.

This article explains that there are better ways to treat your employees, employers should not be hard on their employees or even abusive. In order for a company to be successful and around for a long period of time one thing that needs to be removed as soon as possible is bullying. When an employee does not feel safe they are most likely not performing their best because there are other things on their minds.

This article is about a study between four different types of organizational cultures and the effect learning would have on that organization. They found out that there is a correlation between learning organizations and cultures in the Iranian public organizations.

In the article they will elaborate about the ethic of care, moral reasoning and the nursing competence.

This article is about the most recent management developments around the world. The article goes into detail about how one becomes an effective leader. The leaders are the ones that end up creating the culture and either create patterns of success or failure.

This article is about finding if knowledge management is influenced by the organizational characteristics. National culture and organizational characteristics impacted knowledge management. More research needs to be done because this was just done within one company.

Ethical leadership is needed in order to make progress when it comes to creating new realities, partnerships and leadership for women.

This article is about how one’s natural culture can have an impact on their entrepreneurial mindset. In leadership it is important to make sure everyone is treaded fair no matter what their background is because if it is not acted out it can and will change the dynamic of an office or team.

This article explains that employees in the health care system have a demanding and physical job that are often characterized by ethical concerns. In such a complex working environment it is still possible to create a supportive work environment. There is an ethical framework that will make sure that the office will be a healthy workplace and an ethical practice environment.

This article explains that in order for the culture in the work environment to be right there cannot be any problems or issues with leadership. It can create unethical practices and it can also allow bullying at the workplace to happen. There was a study done and “findings indicated a negative association between leadership involving ‘behaving like a senior family member at work’ and bullying”.

This article elaborates the importance of the IREM code of professional ethics and how it can create an ethical culture in a workplace. It is important that the employees understand the values and the expectations of the company. Once they have agreed and understand the values of the company it would be easier to hold them accountable.
