MEK is an audit firm, which is established in 2016. The main goals of our company are elimination of deficiences, situational analysis and our purpose is try to improve firms, make them better by increasing customer satisfaction. Our firm gets offer by Gloria Jean’s for customer satisfacion. Founder of Gloria Jean’s, which is a young Turkish entrepreneur and he wants to reach other big companies satisfaction level such as Starbucks. It is very important for our company because it’s a very big oppurtunity for our company to work with them, great chance to prove ourself. We would like to increse Gloria Jean’s Coffee’s profit and by doing so we would like to establish a credible name for us in the market. Therefore it’s win win situtation.
According to the information they gave us , Gloria Jeans gets a lot of complaint for several reasons and they want to investigate the problems and find reasonable solutions.
We have decided to make a survey to their target customers, which is younger people. Depending on our experience in the market, MEK firm decided to focus on 5 main topics;
1-Product quality (Compare to worldwide)
2-Price of product
3-Employee Knowladge and Behaviour
4-Speed of Service
5-Cleaning
As 5 topics pointed out above, we would like to make a survey to investigate the problems related to customer satisfaction and we would like to interpret the results of the survey by taking a sample of 50 people and using mathematical formulas for more bigger population sizes. As a conclusion we will use several excel formulas to increase customer satisfaction.
