With reference to Statutes and decided court cases, discuss what constitutes ‘just and equitable’ grounds of winding up a company and the implication of this law. Secondly, identify at least two aspects that require amendment in Zambia’s employment and labour laws in order meet standards of the International Labour organisation. You need to clearly justify your assertions with reference to relevant authorities.

The total number of words ( minus bibliography and cover page)MUST NOT be less than 1500 typed words of discussion and NOT MORE than 2000 words. It is your duty to consult relevant publications that guide on reference presentation. You MUST use specific references to Sections in relevant statutes.
