    “He wrote a very good paper, there were just a few discrepancies. It wasn’t submitted on time fully completed, his response time was a bit slow, and he didn’t fully follow the instructions I gave. Since the paper wasn’t completed on time I ended up unable to submit the assignment, but the paper was decent.”
