As a devoted IT professional with a Degree in Information Technology from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT) and ongoing Master’s Degree on Information Technology in Walden University, I have acquired quality management and technical support skills from my years of experience working online with Fiverr International Limited, Decision Management Consultancy as well as an intern with Hyrax Educational Institute. I also possess comprehensive experience in network security management in both WAN and LAN. Am able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Moreover, I got good communication skills both internally and external stakeholders. Seeking a position in a competitive firm where I can join a team and contribute to bringing value and develop my skill set further.
