INFORMATIVE SPEECH OUTLINE 4
Helping the vulnerable
Poor Living Conditions
April 23, 2018
1. Introduction
Visiting the slums and seeing how the people live there, heaps of garbage in close proximity to the dwelling points, seeing sewerage water streaming just in front of doors and the children making this water as their playing items. It can make one wonder if there is a state government or are there people who are concerned about the tribulations which other people in this part of the globe are undergoing.
