PROJECT SCOPE STATEMENT
PROJECT OBJECTIVE
This stores expansion will be using the walk crawl run technique in order to meet our organizations objectives. The first objective will be to move forward with expanding the core product line by 10%. Expanding the core product line may appear as a small step and could take time to expand all active retail stores. Expanding one store at a time will be a building block and learning experience for other stores to eventually emulate. Increasing this stores revenue by 10% is the first step and has the potential to add an additional 30% across the business once all stores in the chain have expanded their product lines by 10%. In the years to come, our organization should have met the objective of expansion of the original three stores and completed construction of the fourth store across state lines with a 25% increase in revenue meeting the objective of an annual revenue of at least $5 million. After the organization has established all objectives as mentioned above each store will reach out to local communities throughout the state to support and sponsor local events. Meeting these timelines and objectives will allow our stores to also meet our vision statement “The Retail Store strives to be the leading retailer as measured by fiscal results and community improvement advocacy within every small community.”
