Discussion of MY Friends :-

1st Discussion :-

In the first article, the author say that morals insinuates the principles of good and horrible that individual, working around as free extraordinary authorities; use to determine on choices to deal with their activities. Information structures increase new great issues for the two individuals and aggregate requesting since they make open passages for genuine network change, and hence discourage current advancements of impact, money, moralities, and commitments. Like undeniable advancements, for instance, stream engines, control, the telephone, and the radio, information change can be used to achieve social progress, at any rate it can what's more be used to execute infringement and undermine esteemed social characteristics. The distinction in information progression will pass on benefits for a couple and costs for another (Ehsan Sargolzaei, 2017).

In the second article, the author say that unapproved access to the structures is finished using exceptional and new strategies and is increasing every day. Today software engineers have spoken to the best test against IT ethics and with an expansive infringement, they make different undertakings to influence the business and banking records of individuals and endeavor to mishandle individuals' security (Olumoye, 2013).

In the third article, the author say that the effect of innovation on individuals can be useful or inconvenient. For any situation, in numerous cases an alteration being developed may help a get-together of individuals and be damaging to another blueprint of individuals. Ordinary challenges incorporate loss of security, depersonalization and change in stimuli. The points of interest incorporate chop down costs, better things and associations. Incalculable issues influences our general populace with everything taken into account, and what's more raise heaps of issues for affiliations and our working spot allowed to move around (Syaiful Ali, 2009).

In the fourth article, the author says that different initiatives administrator may endeavor to make an ethic and culture of consistence around their information headways. They would resonate their predecessors that state IT is excessively fundamental, making it impossible to conceivably be left to the back-room. That is, IT should shape a typical bit of administrator's designs and be a predictable point of talk not just one involved with when wanders turn out seriously (Tiwary, 2011).

Information framework have made new ethical issues in which one game plan of interests is emptied against another. For instance, countless immense telephone associations in the United States are using information innovation to diminish the sizes of their workforces.

2ND Discussion:-

Write a comparative analysis of the articles noting the similarities and differences

My academically reviewed article choice for this particular assignment include Ethical Issues for IT Professionals authored by Deb Shinder, Ethics on information management authored by Richard Mason, Ethics And Information Technology Use: a survey of US base SMEs authored by Sanjeev Phukan and Gurpreet Dhillion and A Review of Ethical Issue Considerations in the Information Systems Research Literature authored by Paradice, Hall, Lee and Hao.

In-depth examinations of the articles indicate a lot of similarities in reference to ethical issues in information management. One concept that is shared by all the articles revolves around privacy that has proved to be an ethical lapse in the IT sector. For instance all the articles raise the question whether is ethical to view information that one is not entitled to when working as an IT expert.

Despite the articles majorly revolving around similarities, I have also realized that they have contradicting information in regard to ethical issues in information management.in reference to Shinder’s Ethical Issues for IT Professionals, this article has only raised questions but has not provided answers .This articles leaves readers with a lot of unanswered questions regarding whether an act is ethical or not. On a contrary opinion, the other three articles have firmly indicated what is supposed to be ethical in regard to information management

Compare the information in those articles to the materials in Chapter 14 of your textbook. Does the premise of those articles support the overall theme of the materials in Chapter 14 of your textbook? Why or why not?

The information in the articles has mirrored the information on materials on chapter 14 of the textbook and I have realized that they support the overall theme of the same materials. For instance the information in the article cites piracy and privacy as one of the ethical lapses in the information sector which clearly mirror the information on chapter 14 of the textbook that have identified this ethical lapse not only in the IT sector but also other working sectors.

The information on the articles have also indicated the rules that are supposed to guide the code of conduct in the IT sector which is also echoed in chapter 14 that outlines the expected code of conduct in the  several working places among them the IT sector. Finally both the information from the articles and the textbook have given have indicated the dilemma that always comes with ethics in most working places whereby professionals are involved in activities which they have no information are improper.

Discuss what you learned from those articles. In your discussion, give example(s) of your organization handles ethic concerns as they relate to information management.

My research readings on the four articles have proved to be of critical benefit to me. In reference to Ethics on information management authored by Richard, I have learnt that despite the workers being involved in ethical conduct, the company management has also played a critical role in promoting ethical lapses in the IT industry whereby the management are always in dealings that are suicidal to company. (Mason, 1995). I have also learnt that good ethics in a company are supposed to be efforts of both the workers and the management. The workers should see to it that they act professionally and be in the fore front of advocating for desired ethics from the company management. I have also learnt that conflict of interest acts as one of unrecognized ethical lapses whereby an IT company acts in contravening the interest of others.
