Getting students to think about their thinking Part 1. Access TEDEd . Take some time to peruse through the menu of lessons and provide us with your impressions. The following serves to prompt

The assignment below another person on here did it totally wrong. My teacher gave a feedback to this assignment.

TED-Ed

TED-Ed is a criterion teacher use to teach students how to be more engage. Through the lessons in it, students become creative in the classroom, increased by the process of thinking on the videos and questions issued. Also, they think together as a team and dig deeper to find relevant information. This is promoted via the discussion which helps them get involved fully (Lehner, 2017).

Students think about what they are learning; for instance, the use of questions. This adds to the types of tools which creates lessons hence students can imagine what they are learning. Other initiatives such as the TED-Ed clubs enables students to form their TED-Ed styles of taking. The tools, the forms of clubs and the questions generated allow both teachers and students to access learning in various ways. Simple lessons are employed such as structured programmes which bring good ideas of knowledge. Also, both the teachers and the students can formulate their customized lessons through the use of TED-Ed tools. Also creates various categories of materials such as those related to school curriculum.

There are various ways to incorporate TED-Ed lessons during the classroom period; for example, through the use of TED-Ed tools. This is enhanced via the use of an existing TED talk, YouTube video or the TED-Ed lessons. The classification technique is also used. This is done for selection; done after submission of the selected tool. After that, it is enhanced on the website. This is conducted beneath the TED-Ed select moniker. The deliverance is done on online learning discussion to allow the student access it in the site. As an individual, the subject of health on nutrition was crucial. I gained knowledge on the importance of balanced diet in every meal. This is for the body protection and earns energy to carry the activities in the body  (Veletsianos, Kimmons, Larsen, Dousay & Lowenthal, 2018).

STUDENT SELF-ASSESSMENT AND GOAL SETTING

Several strategies are used to guide students for the demands of assessment as well as overseeing goals. In student-led and three-way conferences method, students present their studies to both their parents and teachers. They are forced to explain to their parents what they have learnt all along. The graphic organisers' technique allows the items of a person to be made accurate through the diagrammatic way of organising concepts, ideas or terms accurately. It allows teachers and students to vividly see how the performance was generally. For instance, plain spaces in the graphic organisers identify spaces in the student's thinking or knowledge (Broadbent & Poon 2015).

The use of rubrics list provides the level of performance for a student and also illustrates success measurement for that particular person. It is vital as it monitors and evaluates student's progress along the assessment activity or task. Teachers ensure that each student has a copy of their own. The setting learning methodology creates a necessity for the student to produce goals they need to achieve. This is done through the SMART Acronomy. Success on the set goals provides room for the creation of new targets. Finally, the time management technique offers ways in which the students have to manage their own time to fulfil the allocated task in time.

The various strategies mentioned above not only support the interpretation of multiple levels of thinking for students but also teachers' ability to access learning in several ways. For example, the graphic organisers formulate diagrams to make it clear the items of an individual. Also, the rubrics provide an outline of the levels of performance for an individual. This helps students to reflect on how they have performed and what subjects they must put more time in. Teachers are also involved on how to construct such diagrams or outlines on the student's performance. This makes it clear for the targeted measures put in place (Shih & Reynolds, 2018).

(Teacher Feedback)

I am also concerned about the discussion response you submitted for Week 5. It was a bit difficult for me to understand...for example, can you please explain to me what the following sentence means:

"This is conducted beneath the TED-Ed select moniker."

Also, much of the spelling of some of your words like organisers and programmes are reflected of British spellings, so this makes me wonder if you are retrieving this information from somewhere else. Additionally, the second part of your discussion has nothing really to do with the question about the Be Sure To Strategy.

Unfortunately, I am finding, Elizabeth, that we are running into the same problem where your posts are not relevant to the discussion questions and in all honesty, are not really making much sense. I must ask, are these your own words? In my experience, when I have questioned students in the past who have submitted similar types of work, they reveal they have used a tool called a text spinner. I am not suggesting that you are using that, but as mentioned from previous experience, this seems like a similar case. If this is true, please know that this is not an ALLOWED practice and is a form of plagiarism. At this point, you would not earn significant amount of points for your Week 5 discussion post, but would like to give you an opportunity to resubmit. Please let me know your thoughts on this and how I can help. Thanks.
