As a leader, you’ll need to stay on top of events that may facilitate or hinder productivity. You must create and implement solutions to address these issues. This assignment exposes you to complex modern organizational challenges. The solutions you devise should reflect your learning and research of organizational and individual influences in the workplace.
INSTRUCTIONS :
The new CEO has selected your consulting firm to give him/her an analysis of the organizational efficiency. Write a 2 to 3 page paper in which you will present to the CEO your findings during your research steps. You must propose strategic solutions in your paper to include the following: 1) Describe the Organization and the Issue to Resolve
Provide a brief description of the organization you selected.
Present the organizational issue that adversely affected productivity and that you, the consultant, will review and resolve.
2) Analyze Current Corporate Culture
How has the current corporate culture facilitated the development of the current issue? Research the organization, dig into the culture, and analyze how it contributed to this issue. Hint: Review the mission and vision statements as well as the corporate website.
3) Identify Areas of Weakness
What are the organization’s areas of weakness? Use your research on organizational behavior approaches to corporate culture, diversity, teamwork, and motivational strategies.
4) Propose Solutions
What organizational practices would you modify? What solutions would you recommend to management? As the consultant you will identify the suggestions and solutions you would present to the organization’s leadership with regard to modifying current organizational practices to resolve the issue.
5) References and Citations
Provide at least 2 quality resources such as the course textbook, company website, business websites (CNBC, Bloomberg, etc.), and/or outside sources. Note: Wikipedia and web-based blogs do not qualify as credible resources.

Busaba Thai Restaurant (Family business)
The organizational issue in this business
First of all, Busaba Thai restaurant has two investors both cousins. My older sister is a major shareholder who is new in this business with no experience. Another shareholder is a chef who has 20 years of experience. Currently, Bussaba Thai is open for 8 months. There are problems that have occurred in past and present and the main many problems are
Customers are confused about the restaurant name is similar to the older one
Lack of some employee
There are no online sites
Equipment used to work is not responding to some area need
Food taste is unstable
Employees have insufficient rest days
Advertising to promote discontinued
Sales summery have not met the target
The issue hinders organizational efficiency.
First of all, due to the name of the restaurant is similar to each other before took over the restaurant name is "Burapa Cafe" we changed to "Busaba Thai". Most people think of it as the same restaurant, and some groups feel just changing the name but still the original team or the same owner management, it may cause for the unbelievable. Due to it is possible that a lot of customers didn't like the food taste and customer service of the old owner. Next, Busaba Thai restaurant there is no site online for customers to view the menu or study what kind of food that we are served. Due to this issue which may have resulted in some sales that are not hit the target yet. The third reason, after has been open until now a day, Busaba Thai did an advertising one time and distribution menu of mail to 5,000 neighbor resident and stopped only. However, this is an additional reason why the restaurant is unknown in the town yet. On the other hand, the number of customers is more than usual after sent the mail to the neighbor resident when compared to the previous period. The problem is that the food is slow and late because of the kitchen staff there were not enough people ready to serve likewise an equipment such as iPad that did not fulfill the needs of the waitress who have to order more demand or special case. The most important reason, employees have insufficient rest days. Due to not enough employees, some of the employees have to work harder and more hours, however, this reason causes too many issues such as food taste are unstable because of their tired of working too much. As a result, the food is tasteless including have to pay extra more.
