Intellectual Standards In Critical Thinking

There are 9 intellectual standards in critical thinking. Situations in life often require us to use our critical thinking skills. We have to ask questions and make sense of the information presented in the situation. As we are trying move forward through the situation it can be beneficial to apply these 9 intellectual standards. As you complete the assigned reading try and include the types of questions you would ask yourself across various areas of your life.

Does all of the supporting information validate the statement/thought?

Specific details need to be included.

How does the information relate or impact the thought/statement?
