Marketing

Chipotle Company is a well-established company with the mission to change human Judgment on the fast prepared foods. It also has the dedications to alter the way people eat these dishes too. According to Huang and David, (527), the price of foods at the firm is a bit higher as compared to other firms that are offering the services. What make the company unique are the quality foods that are prepared by experienced chefs. This results in the current premium image of the grill to the people. The company also produces healthy and sustainable ingredients. They employed diverse marketing strategies like use of smaller locations. The size resulted in lower rents as compared to their stiff competitors.

On advertisement side, Chipotle Company uses an indoor technique. It does not apply the preferred sustainable effort known as traditional media. Instead, they are focused on the brand experience which drives the firm to generate a loyal customer base. The other strategy that is employed is the word of mouth. The technique though tedious is the most applied form of advertisement to its fast-foods. These efforts are well stated by the CMG which gives a reflection of the general performance of the company. The performance in the market has been contributed by various factors such as, the cool brand, efficient supply chain management which maintains low inventory with predefined accurate forecasting and constant outsourcing.

Finance

The company has strategies, objectives and well-defined policies in its operations. Some of the programs involved in these finance policies include maintaining a ten percent operational margin, restriction from long-term debts and the need to extend the organic growth of the occupant safety trade. The stock price also has been placed at a margin of $500 (Rowell, par 345). These strategies reflect the missions of the firm in general. It is evident through the revenue growth and expansion of the operating margins. This has therefore enabled the company to focus on the full expansion of the areas of operation.

Research and Development

Based on the company objectives and dedications, the restaurant produces high throughput rates. The firm has stable data analytics that enhances correlation in the throughput and helps in repeating purchases in the grill. For customer retention, fast and efficient services accompanied by the casual market are the best strategy the company tries to put in practice at all times.

Operations and Logistics

This food company applied the motto of serving food with full integrity and conscious capitalism. They apply the strategy from the time of ingredient farming to the customer harvest time. They have a simple and modifiable menu which influences many customers to come back to the restaurant for the second time. The regulation over the look, design and the management is made simple by the fact that the restaurant is owned by the entire organization. The fresh ingredients are able to reach the customers at the market through proper inventory control. To add to the operations, the outsourcing has been made local with the intentions to reduce the full organization carbon footprint.

The vulnerability brought by the cost of the ingredients has been overcome by the efficient staff and its operations. The organic foods have also helped them from economic booms and fluctuations (Walker, pg 571)

Human Resource Management

The restaurant management offer promotions for its loyal employees. This is the strategy to maintain its explosive growth against its competitors. To offset the costs of ingredients the company pays its employees above the agreed minimum wages. Thus, the employees are given the first priority to enhance the continuity of the management.

Information systems

This is a dynamically advertised company through its website that fits all the customer access modes. The company is able to showcase its culture and success stories. The power of the internet has also enabled marketing techniques with intentions to display its quality and general integrity. To add, the company is soon introducing the mobile payment process. This is through the use of barcodes to scan the price of the foods.
