This is Phase 2, to be submitted by Week 13. 3. Submission Format : a. Soft copy to be submitted on BBLearn Master course b. Hard copy to be submitted to the instructor of each course. 4. Pr oject Phase II: Adopting an IT Governance (ITG) Industry Framework Based on the SWOT analysis and situation assessment that was conducted during Phase One of your project, your group must recommend one of the ITG industry frameworks, that was previously discussed in class, to be adopted by the company with the objective of improving I.T. governance within the selected organization. For example, if I.T. Security is a concern, then the group can recommend implementing ISO27001. If the problem is poor I.T. service management, then recommend ITIL. Or if the organization wishes to have a well -established application development unit then choose CMMI. The implementation of the framework should be treated as a project. The group must create a plan covering initiating the project, executing and closing.
