Trending Issues

Ethical issues are situations that arise in a company requiring a decision to be made to choose between the available alternatives that must be evaluated as either right (ethical) or wrong (Unethical) (Mason, 2017). These issues may have negative effects to the company leading to defamation of the company that would consequently lead to reduced profit margins if not contained in good time.

Everyday Hair Care Inc. has some trending ethical issues plaguing it. These issues have been realized from the customer feedback, general public complains and the company’s review process. One of the ethical issues is the inability of the company meeting the ever increasing and frequent orders. Due to the increased demand of their products, both in local and foreign market, Everyday Hair Care Inc. has found it a challenge meeting this demand. This issue poses a risk to the company because it is more likely than not lead to loss of trust of the company by the customers that would eventually lead to reduced demands with time. Something must therefore be done to save this situation

Another ethical issue plaguing Everyday Hair Care Inc. is lack of public protection. This comes about due to the public parking. The lot size is not large enough to accommodate the amount of traffic the company see on a regular business day. The city of Minneapolis has formed a complaint on the company for the overflow of vehicle on private city streets. This issue would still lead to loss of customers’ goodwill for the company as it is not concerned on the havoc it is causing to the public and how much it is inconveniencing the general public. Another problem would come about if the public decides to sue the company. Much resources would be used by the company for the purpose of that case which could be used for the company advancement.

Customer service was also complained about. Rendering substandard services by some of the employees to the customers is also an ethical issue plaguing Everyday Hair Care Inc. Company. This is above all the most fatal issue that could bring doe the company within a short period of time. Good customer service in a way that makes the satisfied is the best advertising tool as these customers passes the news by word of mouth to their friends hence build or demolish the company very easily. Customer relation and service rendering must therefore be improved with immediate effect.

Conclusion

In order to save Everyday Hair Care Inc. from potential collapse, all that is possible must be done in order to solve these ethical issues.
