The HR practitioner must understand the importance of a job description and the purpose it serves to the organization. This assignment will enable students to create job descriptions for jobs and articulate direct and indirect compensation plans for companies that are in different business life cycles. Students will explain the pay scale and its appropriateness to market competiveness.
