Google Analytics (GA) is an easy-to-use tool to measure activity on a website. A basic setup might take as little as a few minutes, and many of the standard reports are quite accessible and understand

Now begins the hardest part of the recruitment process: selecting the person – or people – who are offered a job. In this task, you are asked to create a plan for the process of evaluating candidates. This process may include formal assessments (such as references, testing of skills, and such), and interviews. All candidates will complete the same assessments and semi-structured interviews.

Action Items

Create a Candidate Assessment/Interview plan. Write a 1-2 page memo to the CHRO in which you:

a. Identify – by position within the company – who will interview candidates for the job posting (which you did in Challenge 2, Task 1).

b. Develop a list of 10-15 interview questions. (Your objective is to identify the most appropriate questions that will elicit rich informed responses from the interviewees).

c. Select two additional assessment tools and write a 2 paragraph description of the tools and why and how they would be used by EAL.
