Companies can be categorized into 3 businesses: Apple

1. Infrastructure Management- Data centers and warehouses are essential aspects of Apples infrastructure. Oversight and management in data analytics allows Apple to navigate through large amounts of data and turn it into useful information. Cost reduction and high barriers to entry are what set Apple apart from other similar organizations.

2. Customer Relationship- Apple uses customer relationships through services and resources provided to all Apple customers. Apple has services such as Geniuses who do everything from repairs to troubleshoot any issues an Apple user might encounter.

3. Product innovation- Apple began as the leading innovator in computers and electronic devices. To this day they are the top phone and computer providers in the world. Product management is the key skill for innovation. A good product manager can introduce new concepts and management practices to help the team establish new innovations through the use of state of the art systems. In order to stay ahead of competitors, Apple created the Apple Watch in 2016 and since then competitors have followed suit and created similar products.
