DEFINE: In this, we had a specific target to know why customers decreased and how to get back into form. So, that we have to take the voice of customers and we decide critical to quality.

Measure: we have to measure the existing system and to know the root causes for it and try to eliminate them. For this, we can use different tools like flow chart which gives a clear understanding of the process followed earlier and to change it

ANALYZE: The system is analyzed in this phase to identify the way to eliminate the gap between current and required performance. For this, we use the Fishbone diagram. It is one of the vital tools to find the root cause. It consists of head, branch, and sub-branch which represent effect, cause and reason

IMPROVE PHASE: The purpose is to identify, test and implement a solution to the problem of whether Ina factor or in a whole process. In this phase, I try to find a solution which is cheaper, better and faster. Tools used are brain raid, Design of experiments by knowing the tastes of different people we can change the menu as required.

CONTROL: The purpose of this phase is to control the new improved system. We can use a tool like a control chart for it to predict that the enhanced system is in our control or not. The tools are the key they will help to compare where we are lagging and where we are perfect so, that in advance we can change anything we want.

Stakeholder analysis: Material misstatements are that information in the financial statements that are not cent percent accurate, and that remains sufficiently incorrect. Phone Systems Inc. has different stakeholders like employees, vendors, lenders, creditors, investors, stockholders, etc. Different stakeholders rely on the financial statements of Phone Systems Inc. for different purposes when making economic decisions related to the organization (Miles, 2018). If the material misstatements are not adequately identified, disclosed or adjusted for in the finalized financial statements, then the stakeholders will end up taking economic decisions that are not correct or that are not optimal keeping their economic interest in mind and consideration (Fırat et al. 2017).

Problem statement: To do away outdated accessories and ensure good sales especially applying the DMAIC process as learned in class. And, to do more development on the accessories considering customer demands and interest.
