CJ 321 Final Project Milestone One Guidelines and Rubric Overview: The final project for this course is the development of a program review for a jurisdiction of your choosing. Throughout this course, you will complete key milestones that will support you in the development of this program review. In this first milestone, you will identify a jurisdiction to use as the focus of your final project. You will develop the int roduction to your final project and submit it to your instructor to gain feedback. Remember to always review your Final Project Guidelines and Rubr ic document to understand the required elements of your final project submission. For your final project, you will play the role of an evaluator as part of the inspector general’s office for a state or local municipal/county -level jurisdiction of your choice. You have been given the task of reviewing the offender rehabilitation programs offered by that jurisdiction and providing recommendations for improvements. Your recommendations will be based on best practices as they relate to recidivism and reentry.
