Hello there, I have this assignment that needs a lot more fluffing and reword. Will someone be able to take this task and help please.

CAPSTONE COMPONENT 1: SUMMARY

Progress of the Company

Andrew was the name of my company and we used the broad cost leaders which was to produce affordable products and sell them at an affordable price During our first year Andrew did good in the profit area with the initial product the reason that my company did so bad was the fact that we did not add any new products early in the game. Andrew did good from round 1 to 3 that’s when loans was taken and my inventory was not price to meet the competition. The bottom line my company made a lot of bad choices and the profit did not continue throughout the eight rounds causing it to fail.

SWOT

After performing an SWOT analysis on the Andrew Company this is what we learned.

I learned that it was too late to try and turn Andrew company around because the company struggled in too many different areas and that it should have been cleared up around round 3 to make it profitable.

S. Strengths: Competitive prices with the broad cost leader that makes profits immediately.

W. Weaknesses: Company was performing way below the other companies of the sector in the business.

O. Opportunities: After not discontinuing products, Andrews could have still had an opportunity to get back into the market with new products.

T. Threats: Andrew only had one product and the competition had many which made it hard to compete with them.

FUTURE OF THE COMPANY

Andrew future does not look good with no profit and a lot of bad debts that are owed due to bad marketing mistakes. Andrew will discontinue the first product and add new products to the line

at good marketing prices to beat the competition in hopes to recover some of the losses from the past years.

ETHICAL, LEGAL, AND SOCIAL CHALLENGES

Broad Cost Leader was the strategy that was founded with the effort to be ethical and fair. Andrew had little to no ethical and legal issues and had some social issues. Andrew at the last minute issued a few new products but did not retire the old product and pricing did not meet the competition. Andrew legal challenge was trying not to go bankrupt. The company could be turned around by issuing more bonds, controlling the inventory levels and adjusting the price of our products.

GLOBAL CONSIDERATIONS

Global market now is not a good idea for Andrew company since the company is struggling to stay afloat. To enter the global market Andrew will have to be profitable which they are not too many loans are taken out. When going global you must consider the language, consumer habits and taste. What Americans like may be different from the likes of what foreign countries are used to.

CAPSTONE COMONENT 2: PERSONAL REFELCTION

Overall, what was your capstone experience like?

My overall experience was very confusing. I wish that I had more knowledge to correct

my mistakes so that my company could have come out on top. I think that if I had another chance

at Capsim I would be more productive at it.

Reflect on your experience performing the Capsim simulation.

The experience that I ‘ve had with the capstone made me know that I will never want to be anyone CEO of a company and my intent is to stick with the human resource side of the business other than that it is good to know.

Reflect on the significance of the capstone in relation to your own experience at SNHU.

Overall, I think capstone course was great for the people that are studying the business program at SNHU if you intend on running your own business one day. The skills were important to know and the course was a little bit challenging to me.

What connections do you see between your capstone and your own academic program?

Capstone is right on the money of the business side of my degree and I think that it is a good choice to teach students that wants to own their own business or run a company.

How will you apply what you have learned to your academic and / or professional life?

I plan on landing me a job in the human resource department, but I think that this course is good for someone that is more of in the accounting field.

How did you demonstrate effective business communication in both this capstone course and throughout the business core program?

The way to be successful with the capstone was to be focused on the discussion board and my peers, along with following my instructor, but I could not focus at all with these last to classes. My thought process was messed up and I could not focus I guess I am burned out.

How did you utilize these business communication skills in your future classes here at SNHU an in the working world after graduation?

I will be more focused on my investment of my retirement plan and my savings along with my deferred comp plan. This is my last two classes before completing my business degree.

Reflect on your experiences with peer-to –peer and peer-to-leader collaboration in this capstone course.

Like I said I should have communicated more with my peers and my instructor more, but I am to

too the stage of being burned out my thought process is gone I just really need a break. I tried my best to be more focused but it just was not working for me.

Reflect on establishing and maintaining a professional business etiquette in both this capstone course and throughout the business program.

All I can say that all my professors and my peers have been wonderful here at SNHU and I would not change a thing everyone was very professional in every aspect. Whether I am at work or in school I always carry myself with respect.
