Thesis: management and leadership influence very much how leadership is given to various people in either organization, businesses or even in companies. Leadership is something that is possessed and the person leading a group or a team of other individuals should possess various leadership qualities (Adams, 2018).

  1. Introduction

  1. Thesis; leadership and management is a topic which has been researched in depth by many researchers. In my paper, I will be doing a deeps research into the topic while considering the ideas of Saint Leo Core values of respect and the CSHSE standards on the analysis of understanding.

  1. What were the core values of respect by Saint Leo

  1. Respect-Saint Leo focuses on the respect of all human beings. It focuses on the free exchange of ideas among the people and living together in harmony.

  2. The community-Saint Leo is hospitable and houses people from all walks of life. It focuses on treating everyone as a member of its community with respect and honor no matter the ethnicity differences, gender differences, and race differences among other differences.

  3. Integrity-Saint Leo believes in being honest and taking responsibility for what they do. Openness is what Saint Leo focuses

In my paper, I am going to do thorough research on Saint Leo core value of respect and the CSHSE standard on the analysis of understanding.

  1. Critique leaderships and management theories

On this topic, I will be focusing on leadership and management theories. I will focus on the trait theory of leadership. This theory is based on the prediction of either success or failure of leadership. An individual’s behavior is examined and the conclusions made about his or her ability to provide leadership. This theory helps one to know their abilities as far as leadership is concerned. It might even involve making some questions which are challenging just to know the quality of leadership one might offer. For instance, one might be asked what they could do if they got two employees fighting (Piacentine, 2011). This question opens up the mind of the leader and also brings out his skills in problems solving situations. In my paper, I am going to dig deeps in this theory and come out with possible plans of identifying a good leadership style.

  1. What leadership requires

Many originations that are successful are doing well due to the type of leadership offered by the management of such companies. When it comes to leadership, companies, and businesses should consider employing good and competent leaders. In my paper, I will be examining all the qualities of a good leader, especially in a business setting. I will consider some of the qualities which include; able to multitask and still achieve the required goals, a good speaker who is able to move his employees with encouraging words, a brave and leader who is always ready to take risks

  1. Effects of good leadership and management

  1. Employees get work in a good environment and always respect the leadership of the company

  2. Human resource managers with good leadership skills will have an easy time controlling the employees and delivering their duties under no pressure

My paper will examine more about human resources managers and their relationships with employees as well as discuss the integrations of the new technology in businesses and companies (Armstrong, 2012).

  1. Conclusion

Good leadership will have an impact on the performance of employees in a company. My paper will be focusing on the strategies which will lead to success in the company.
