CJ 322 Final Project Milestone Two Guidelines and Rubric Overview: The final project for this course is a program examination , which will require you to make recommendations on how to improve the community - based programs offered in a fictional state. Throughout the course, you will complete project milestones that will support yo u in the development of this program examination. In this milestone, you will submit a needs analysis of New British Columbia to receive valuable feedback from your instructor on how you can improve this portion of the final project. For your final project, you will play the role of Commissioner of Corrections for a fictional state called New British Columbia. In your paper, you will analyze successful community -based programs offered throughout the country and compare them to the currently available programs in New British Columbia.
