It has a legislation amendment act that was developed in and passed by the Parliament New South Wales with an aim t unlawful and disorderliness. The article describes incest as a brothel, where people from the same house or relatives engage in sexual activities. According to the article, the brothel is illegal and the legislation aimed at imposing orders on the sexual industry by enforcing the harsh regime of exclusion and expulsion. Additionally, the article argues the reasons for making reforms towards brothels (incest). The main aim of reducing incest according to the article is that it has a negative attitude towards children born out of it. Therefore, it was necessary for the government to come up with laws of eliminating brothel, through using planning powers.

According to the researcher, sexual rights are involved in the basic rights of human beings. The researcher aimed at investigating the extent to which basic rights in the constitution limits the legislator in criminal law. Lagodny referred to incest as a form of the criminal act. Public interest, especially on sexual activities plays its role as preliminary factor in the arena of criminal law. Since the law was implemented in Germany, the country introduced incest punishment between natural siblings. This signified that incest is illegal and Germany was against it.

The article emphasized the offenses done against an imbecile woman. The article talks about a case that presented before the court concerning the imbecile woman. Imbecility means having a form of physical or mental disabilities. The jury involved argued that most of such cases usually happen to people from the same families. Therefore, it is a form of victimization done to imbecile people in the family. Sometimes the woman or person involved might have the understanding and fail to overcome the persuasion from the partner. From the case, the defender was indicated to have an offense under section 5(2) of criminal law and amendment act. Precisely, the article shows that incest if an illegal act and effective laws should be taken against it.
