Before she carried out an activity for the members of the public, she would first spy the people and hence acquire enough information of what is required by the people. This enabled her to implement different projects which made the lives of the people easier.

On the other hand, her extreme reputations led to the fall of the Zhou Dynasty. However, Empress Wu’s extreme reputations led to the death of the dynasty’s ruler hence making it hard for the dynasty to be ruled in the best way possible. When the leader of the Zhou Dynasty was killed, it became hard for Empress Wu to rule as per the expected and therefore different activities were carried out opposite to the expectations of majority of the people in the country.

The change of Tang Dynasty to the Zhou Dynasty played important roles in enabling Empress Wu to rule the country in an effective manner therefore achieving the set goals and objectives of the country. The change of dynasties by Empress Wu enabled her to implement different projects as per the expected therefore ensuring that the country is run in the best way possible. Again she appointed leader who ensured that her reputations were upheld.

The Buddhist selected by Empress Wu made it easy for her to justify her rule hence achieving the goals and the objectives of the country.

However, this helped in ensuring that the needs of the people in the country were addressed in the best way possible. Her extremely good reputations made her successful in the manner in which she ruled the country even though she encountered different challenges which brought about failure of the operations she carried out.
