My advice would be to pull Helen to the side and ask to speak to her in private. Then I would explain to her what the rest of the teammates and my concerns are, and let her know her aggressiveness is affecting the team. Then if she doesn’t accept what I am saying to her, then I would speak to my supervisor and let her know what’s going on. If that doesn’t work then I would ask if we can have a meeting where each individual employee can express how this concern is affecting them, hopefully this will get her to not be so aggressive. This would keep us at good standing as friends because I came to her and let her know what was going on instead of talking behind her back. 

Post 2

So I would talk to Halen in person one on one and ask her ideas and on things and  then talk to my team and have a group meeting and let them know that we going to try one of her ideas and let them know why then  let them know we give everyone the opportunity to have a step in  the over all objective and then pull Halen to the side and let her know we a team and that we win and lose as one  and that if you  act out and stop working we all suffer to next time speak her mind and a positive way it's ways to due everything
