I do need a well quality work on an Evidence- base paper and table for nursing program. I have attached the guideline, sample of 3 needed table, and the 4 articles with references to assist in writin

Conceptual Framework Describe the theoretical basis for the study
The theoretical framework of this investigation is the Neuman Systems Model.
Design/Method Describe the design and how the study was carried out Th | The method is quantitative, The design is quasi-experimental (matched-random design). |
Sample/Setting The number and characteristics of patients, attrition rate, etc. |
The setting is a school within a state-run residential living facility in the SE portion of the US. The sample is comprised of 230 adolescent females, 12-18 years of age. The average residential stay at this facility is 2.7 years. Participants are African American (20%), Caucasian (60%), Latina (12 %), Native American 1%, and Mixed Race (7%). All participants were assigned to this facility due to illicit behavior that included the use of illegal substances, stealing, and/or violence toward another. There was 0% attrition. No one entered the intervention after the start of the self-help group. No one in the study was discharged from the facility or left the group of their own accord.

Appraisal Describe the general worth of this research to practice. What are the strengths and limitations of the study? What are the risks associated with the implementation of the suggested practices or processes detailed in the research? What is the feasibility of use in your practice? | How does this information support your overall PICO question? Does it answer any part of that question? Can you use the findings to build an evidence-based intervention? Supply a rationale for this belief based on the strengths and/or limitations of the study. DN NOT SAY there were not enough participants. Instead, SAY the findings were not statistically significant due to the small number of participants (or sample size).\ Based on evidence and your experience, are there any risks associated with implementing an intervention based on these findings? For example, since the study was a pilot study, replication and expansion of this investigation are needed to determine the value and reliability of the findings to practice. How “usable” are the findings to your practice? In other words, would it be easy to implement? Would your organization have to purchase expensive instruments, machines, supplies? Would nursing staff require training, and if so how much? What other questions could you ask about the viability of implementation? |

Sample/Setting The number and characteristics of patients | Records from 213 surgical patients in a veterans hospital in the SW portion of the US were part of this investigation. Patients were 80% male, with diverse ethnic backgrounds (40% AA, 45% C, 5% other). |

Outcomes
| Individuals treated with antibiotic pearls recovered from orthopedic infections 23% faster than those treated with oral or IV antibiotics. |

General Notes/Comments |
Anything else of interest from the study? If females responded differently to the treatment, a specific type of orthopedic surgical recovery had a more significant finding, etc., place that information here.

* Evidence Levels:
Level I
Experimental, randomized controlled trial (RCT), systematic review RTCs with or without meta-analysis
Level II
Quasi-experimental studies, systematic review of a combination of RCTs and quasi-experimental studies, or quasi-experimental studies only, with or without meta-analysis
Level III
Nonexperimental, systematic review of RCTs, quasi-experimental with/without meta-analysis, qualitative, qualitative systematic review with/without meta-synthesis
Level IV
Respected authorities’ opinions, nationally recognized expert committee/consensus panel reports based on scientific evidence
Level V

Sample/Setting The number and characteristics of patients | 300 babies (3 months 0 18 months of age) in a treatment clinic for developmental disabilities. All participants subjected to cocaine inter utero. The gender was 72% female. |
Outcomes
| A bundle combination focused on developmental milestones by age were more effective than single interventions. An increase in developmental achievement was noted to be 32% with the bundle intervention as opposed to 17% with the traditional treatment methods used at this site.
Key Findings
| Combining physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition an cognitive stimulation proved to be most effective with this sample population. |
Appraisal and Study Quality
| The study was a pilot investigation. Funding from ____ has been obtained to expand this intervention type to 13 additional sites treating babies with the same exposure to cocaine. |
