The results from the assessment point out that I am a creative and result-focused leader. I am not only ably to utilize my problem-solving skills but also use my creativity and flexibility to overcome obstacles or barriers to achieving the desired goals and objectives. Also, I like clarity about the desired outcomes in addition to being engaging with the team members or employees under my leadership. I am argumentative while seeking to understand the opinion or arguments by others. My leadership style focuses on identifying and overcoming challenges to assuring the current and future success of the team or organization. I like predictability especially for planning purposes which helps to promote the realization of the desired positive outcomes. Spending some time alone is one of the most effective ways for me to relax when I am tired or feeling overwhelmed with particular events or situations. The results also pointed out that I am a team developer, a leader who motivates by example. This does not only make me a quality leader but also a realism leader.

Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of my leadership style are crucial for improving my leadership and management style. Engaging those under my leadership is a strength because it will provide an opportunity to encourage the team members to provide their input or opinions into the running and managing of the group activities. The result is that they will be motivated to undertake their duties and responsibilities thus promoting the success of the team and organization. Tackling challenges head-on is crucial in addressing the issues that are bound to arise in the day to day running of the organization. Addressing these challenges effectively enables the organization to maintain its performance and sustainability which promotes the desired positive outcomes for the organization. Also, my confidence and assertive attributes are effective in developing and implementing policies focused on the set goals and objectives as argued by Boies et al. (2015). Being able to build teams and motivating them to realize the desired outcomes puts me in a better position to steer a team or organization towards organizational success.

Even though engaging with the personnel is a motivating factor, the process may become time-consuming thus affecting timing for the decision making process. As such, I will overcome the weakness by ensuring that proper strategies are utilized to improve the effectiveness of the communication processes to get install or immediate feedback from the personnel whenever necessary. One way I might utilize my strength is by building strong and productive teams based on skills and abilities of the individual team members. The organization will have goal-focused teams that perform specific goals or duties aimed at realizing the overall success of the organization.
