Society, Law and Government paper

Note: This assignment works BEST with a CRIMINAL CASE from within the last 10 years. If you choose a civil case (such as Rowe v. Wade or Brown vs. Board of Education), you will find that no laws have been violated, and therefore there are no penalties.  Also, no charges are made. A Civil Case is a contention by one partiy that a law or laws were broken or should be interpreted in a certain way, but that is not determined until after the verdict is issued.
