Many issues affect Americans every day. These issues transcend stratification, social class, race and gender, along with political and economic concerns.
Each of these statistics represents various components of our society with far reaching implications involving each other. All these statistics come from either the U.S. Census, U.S. Labor Board, California Vital Statistics, Centers for Disease Control, or the California Employment Development Department.

In 2016, 43 Million Americans are using some form of Food Stamps, down from 2010 statistics of 44 Million. 49% of the total population receives some government benefit, with 44% of children living in low-income families. 1 in 5 children are feed with Food Stamps. With 21.3% of Americans on welfare, that equates to over 70 Million people.

In 2019, approximately 1.1 million Americans in the U.S. are living with HIV. About 15% of (1 in7) re unaware they are inflected.
