Task
Choose two companies, one industrial company operating in the B2B area, and another one operating in the retail B2C area.
The task consists to develop the following points
Describe the supply chain of both companies: from raw material, to customer delivery. And the major differences between both. Explain the reasons behind these differences
How are both companies dealing with customer service? Explain the differences.
How are both companies dealing with the logistics? Explain the differences.
How does customer satisfaction relate with the logistics in both companies?
