Introduction

Academic institutions, particularly business schools, actually play a very vital role in terms of improving self-confident, reflective, and innovative people. One of the significant shortages in business education across the world is the lack of areas that result to interaction among learners. The aim is to increase the efficiency of the business school's engagement by increasing the quality of architectural structures. Therefore, designing suitable architectural spaces play significant role in defining the businessmen’s character.

What is social interaction?

If a person acts to receive a response from the other person, it is considered a mutual relationship and is called social interaction. In this situation at least two people establish social interaction. In social interaction, all acts and reacts have to be meaningful to both individuals (Lang, & Moleski, 2016).

Importance of interaction

-It must be noted that the development of appropriate interpersonal communication between people is one of the most significant factors in enabling them to achieve their objectives.

- Certainly, the expansion of any social structure depends on a public participation of all its members. I mean, without the individual participation, it is impossible for one organization to develop and achieve its objectives (Argyle, 2017).

- Business students who are potential leaders and managers must know how to communicate with all types of people in a community and be able to develop an effective relationship with their workers and to consider their desires and lifestyles. For this purpose, it is very important to build and develop spaces that takes the role of teaching these talents to business students who are studying management skills (Lang, & Moleski, 2016).

- Executives devote much of their time with people. They don't succeed in their jobs if they can't interact with customers or colleagues appropriately and these environments are either low quality or impossible to live in.

- It must be noted that the development of appropriate interpersonal communication between people is one of the most significant factors in enabling them to achieve their objectives (Anderson, 2001).

Statement of the Problem

-  One of the main variables of any culture is social interaction, however, what we see in today's cultures is the drop of people- to - people contact level.

- One of the big weaknesses in business education internationally is the shortage of spaces that  result to interactions among students.

Objective of the study

Work Breakdown Structure

Our team divided the whole project of constructing a university which allows social interaction into various subtasks. It will assist management as they will be able to distribute and assign the responsibilities amongst several divisions working on the project. The team has created the subdivisions of Planning, Design, building, Social Interactions, Inspection and Closure.

In the first sub task of Planning, whole team and the stakeholders defined the deliverables. In order to achieve these deliverables, a protype was established. In this division, budget for the project will be determined and launch meeting will also be conducted.

In the second division, blueprints of the design were formed, and these were made according to the specification, which included building huge and comfortable spaces that facilitates social interaction. In this stage, once the blueprints are ready, they are sent for the approval as well.

The third division works with the construction of the building. In this division the team working on the project will first focus on constructing the foundation of the building. Once the foundation has been established, team will start working on the structure of the building. After this team will start working on the ceiling of the building. Once the construction is done, the focus of the team will move to the getting the amenities done. This includes looking into the plumbing, electrical, mechanical, hydro, and heating. In this step, these things are also put together.

Next comes the social interaction stage. As the focus of this project is to build a university that can facilitates social interaction, so this is also included in the scope of the project. In this step, student lounge will be built, with all the space and furniture setting that can allow maximum interaction. After that we are looking forward to construct, a huge library that can allow students to have more assess to the resources provided by the university. Moreover, we are looking forward to inculcating, rooftop garden and rooftop classrooms. These will enable the students to learn in a natural surroundings. Apart from these we are also inculcating private discussions rooms and rooms allowing theoretical and practical training,

Once social interaction has been inculcated in the university building, the next stage is about inspection. In this stage, the building will be inspected from all aspects. This includes checking about amenities that include plumbing, hydro, electrical, ventilation, and social interactive spaces. In this stage, the building is looked upon in a way to identify that weather it has been constructed according to the decided deliverables. If anything is found which requires attention, work is done on that area before the closure of the project can be announced.

The last stage in this project is Closure. In this stage the title of the project is transferred, and financial statements are looked upon. This is the last stage, after this the project will be complete.

Risks Management

There are various risks that are involved with the construction of a university. It is important to identify these risks as it helps us to work on them. This will enable us with an opportunity to control them. During the planning of any project, it is important to consider the risks that could be involved. Risks effect the scope, budget, and deliverables of the project. Some of the risks that are involved in this project are as follow:

  1. Miscalculated Budget: there is a huge risk that we end up calculating the budget wrongly. This implies that we might up spending more than we have, this is impacting the project a lot. Miscalculations can also lead to a point where the team is not able to take the project further, because of lack of funds. The work just stops, and it runs behind schedule.

  2. Labour Strike: Human resource is a relay important resource and it is required in order to put all the machinery and material in use. If the labour is not satisfied with the way they are treated at the work and they think they are not paid well, they can go on strike. In this situation the project won’t be able to run on schedule.

  3. Safety risks: Constructing a building is a risky task and it is really important that the safety of the workforce and all other parties involved is maintained. But there is a huge risk that despite the efforts someone might get injured at site, so it is important to consider these risks as well.

  4. Running behind schedule: There is always a risk that team won’t be able to pull the project on the set schedule. There could be various reasons that can result in the project running behind the schedule. This can cause a lot of loss for the various stakeholders. So, it is important to consider these risks.

  5. Changing client expectations: The client can change what they are expecting out of the project. There is a huge possibility that they can come some day and say we need another thing, or this thing is not working well. For example, back home my house was being constructed and it was planned to be a two-story house. Once the construction started my father felt like that, we are short of a guest room and we should build another floor for the same. So, at that time the team working on the project had to undergo a lot of changes. So, it is important to register these risks as well.

Risks associated with Blue Prints: Although the Blue Prints are made by an expert and are also sent for approval. But there is always a risk that a fault may be present in them and it was not able to detect it before. The defect in a blue print can bring along a huge damage. So, this risk should also be identified and plan for the
