Neo Healthcare is planning to have a marketing forum to promote and enable people to acknowledge the various services provided by the hospital. The following are the first 5 steps of the marketing plan that the facility will use in its marketing exercise.

This step involves developing the activity plan for the marketing plan. It involves defining the goals and objectives of the marketing plan and marketing itself as well as other activities that will be performed during the exercise. In the case of Neo Healthcare, the main goal is to promote and enable the members of the public to acknowledge the services provided by the organization in a detailed manner. The plan for developing the marketing plan will involve two parts but we will concentrate on the first part at the moment. This will involve outlining the assumptions, gathering relevant information, auditing the market and determining the strategies to use.

This involves outlining the ideas that we take to be true before making final decisions. In the case of Neo Healthcare, we assume that there will be no any newly introduced legislation that will affect our project in the next one year. We also assume that our target market will be available for the time we intend the marketing exercise to last. We also assume that there will be no unsuitable reactions from our competitors. It is also our assumption that the public will respond positively and start gaining interest in our services based on the information that we will provide during the marketing exercise.

Gathering information involves identifying the target market and identifying its strengths and weaknesses.

In the case of Neo Healthcare, we will require and gather information related to the population groups that need our services. This is basically the entire public because we offer services for all age groups. The plan is to collect information based on separate groups such as young children, teenagers, youth and the elderly. This will help us to strategize how to address their needs accordingly and sell our services to them in an effective and efficient manner.

Auditing the potential market involves analyzing and evaluating the marketing environment together with the people involved ("How to Prepare a Marketing Audit to Shape Your Marketing Strategy", 2020). The plan in auditing the market for Neo Healthcare will involve analyzing the goals and objectives of various population groups. It will also involve analyzing and evaluating different strategies to find the most suitable for various groups. We will also assess the services offered by the healthcare facility that the public needs the most and focus on informing the public more about them. We will also assess all the necessities of the public and see how we can persuade them to use our services in order to solve their problems.

This involves determining the approach to apply in the marketing exercise. In our case we will use word of mouth marketing strategy to promote our services to the potential consumers. This will enable us to explain to the public the importance of using our services and their benefits (Outsider, 2020). The public will also have an opportunity to ask any questions that they might have and our team will be in a better position to explain everything in a detailed way. It will also be easy to get feedback because our team will be interacting with potential consumers on one on one basis.
