Below are two library databases that are useful for searching the empirical literature of management research. Notes on use:

  • Choose one of the following databases:

    • Business Source Complete

    • PsychINFO

  • Check “Choose databases” shown at the top of the page (in blue) above the search field. Then check both Business Source Complete and PsychINFO. Click “OK”

  • When keyword searching, be sure to check the box that delineate your search to “Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals.” For Business Source Complete, also limit to “Academic Journal.” For PsychINFO set the limit to be “Peer Reviewed Journals.” These limiters ensure that you are keyword searching research-based articles (versus magazines and trade journals).
