  1. Schein's three behavioral profile roles are objective thinker, tough battler, and friendly helper. The tough battler in an association is considered to be an aggressive one. Pete can be observed as a dynamic person and a tough battler in the WCT case study. He shows aggressive behavior when people start asking him about the workload. He further tells them that they should stop complaining, and they should focus on their work. The friendly helper is seen as a more positive member of a group and offers extraordinary support for others. Jon Mahoney is considered to be the welcoming helper in this case study. He interjects with the statement when the tension reaches peak "Oh Come on guys, we are the chosen people on this platform because the association thinks we are the only people alive who can get it through… Katarina, Lea, you ladies are best at what you are doing. I know that the situations are not the best. However, we have to pull it together somehow" His statements show that he is not only giving support to Katarina and Lea and encouraging, but he is also trying to maintain the positivity in the environment and keeping the workers together. The objective thinker is considered to be a reflective, passive, and single-minded manner, and he has to struggle between the group directions and individual goals. Lea is the objective thinker in the discussion because she observed the things and remained quiet. She only spoke when she needed to remind the workers about the deadline. She was focused on her work all the time.

  2. Communication can be understood as the proves of sharing feelings, information, and thoughts between the people via body language, speaking, and writing. Effective communication helps the people to make sure that they understood the concept and relate things in a way it was intended. The goals are to acquire information, create changing behavior, and create a common perception. The communication among the participants was not effective in the WCT case studies, and there were many reasons. All the participants were hesitant to accept and listen to the information which was being given to them. The miscommunication between Katarina Tanney and Pete Denson could be seen when the disagreement took place, and it caused Katarica to leave the meeting. Katarina was thinking that Pete was not giving regard to her family situation. However, he was trying to keep the workers together. There was massive mismanagement in the association.
