Introduction

The ideas in project management are designed for power transfer from managers to project managers. The concepts are formed in a way that they make sure the projects are completed, and the cost is the least. The idea of project management has been hoeing in the streamlining of obligations and task which are within the project in the creation of best’s schedules. However, power over the plans and the administrative actions within the firms, rely on the structure of the firm.

Powers

The power present on the project manager in cases whereby the protocol and the resources have 88been allocated to the different tasks. The manager has the authority to award the finances and any support for the organization collection. (Kloppenborg, 2019). They can undertake decisions within the projects. Within a matrix, organization power is share among the line manager together with the project manager. Resources in such organizations are accountable to the line managers. The line manager is obligated to the selection of and the allocation of any support for the project. Besides, he has the obligation of executing all the plans entirely.

Possible issues

Poor managerial abilities cause seal issues, which have led to the emergence of doubt o the project entirely. The first problem is in line with the theme of poor managerial within the costs. This is whereby the value in the project ran out of control. Thus will leads to the presence of unfavorable and adverse variations in the project. This, in turn, led to financial viability whereby the project may get lost.

The second problem is that it is in line with the issue whereby there will be a delay in the completion of the projects. Every project has a timeframe whereby there is a need to work along. Bad teams cannot stick within the time frame needed. Thu this type of problem leads to the issue being delayed. The third problem in the matter is that the project will lack in terms of satisfying the objectives of the organization. This might lead to the closure of the project hence become unsuccessful.

There is a chance to make changes in projects as well as the request present. This is in line with any changes that are relevant and are needed within the organization. A time the clients bring in a new report that can be out of the goal within the projects; thus, the project will end up being extended and run out of budget. Therefore there is a need for the managers to be capable of dealing with the changes by tactical means as well as identification of the changes and the positions within the scope of the projects. Such will have taken in, the changes which can stand in for the new aspect in tot the plans. The client's compatibility needs to be viewed when the manager is looking into the changes, and there is a need for proper documentation before getting any commitments within the changes and the request for the project extension. (Keegan et al. .2018).

With the lack if the best and most effective changes within the management process, the environment to support the ideas will be in absence, and the participants will feel confused within the changes in the future of the organization. This will have adverse effects on the intercommunication in the firm. A trust might be lost in such a case.

Challenges

Within virtual teams, the people work in varied locations. Form home. Offices, among others. Team members are on the verge of achieving team objectives. There is collaboration through the use of technology. (Kloppenborg, 2019).

Some of the issues faced by managers include;

  1. Within a virtual team, there is not space for face to face meeting thus multiple communication channels are not present

  2. The level of miscommunication in this type of communication proves high

  3. The ability to track the effort within the member is hard to follow; thus, achieving the objective is even harder.

  4. It is impossible to have a unique work culture within the firm

  5. The ideas call for new skills to be leaner by the team members.

  6. There is a need for team members to learn as much as possible. This is about the diverse cultures which will be in the group.

  7. If the team members are placed within a different continent, the time frame might lead to some having the struggle in case there is a need for a meeting any conference call.

To have the ability to manage geographically spread teams will need the application of managing global virtual teams. There is the use of simulations, videotapes, frameworks as well as the use of coaching will give the assistance needed in terms of development with the design and the management of the global teams by the way which is encouraging for collaboration, cohesion, inter-communication within the team's diversity. There are benefits for applying these tactics;

There is the chance to feel the impact that global teams can have on the project

With the use of the strategies in place, one can have the ability to get not out of the projects.

On can be capable of creating processes which will help in the overcoming of barriers which are present

Communication

The communication plan recommended is to deliver any data and any information together with any documentation within the specific teams in addition to the launching of the products in the places where they will be needed. (Turner, 2019). There is a need for the manager to make aware that his team members will meet with different activities used in any manufacturing process. There will be a need for the team to make sure that all the tools and resources utilized in the process are present. This will have impacts on the project whereby it will not be delayed; instead, the activities will happen at a faster rate and speed. Three is the need for the project to be capable in the satisfaction of the customer demands by the issues of and the application 0f timely deliveries related to the products and the quality and the quantity. Therefore the manager will need to be in line with every aspect of the cross transitional teams and the manager's objectives, which will help to lay down the path for success in the projects. This will include elements of the products being in line with the tools for use.

To be capable in the provision for the needs in the aspects of the projects in time to avoid form the project being late in the term of submission. There is the need for any secondary jigs together with any tool that represents this will help in the assurance of the set milestones for the project, therefore, the resources as well the raw material within the project will all be utilized in the managing of the project to be at risk. With such, there is a need for the project to have all these as ensured by the managers in place. The processes which have been presented by the teams need to be adhered to. Such will help the organization in the production of the best in terms of the product that will come out if the project. (French, et al. 2016). 

The verification of tools used for testing is crucial; the equipment used in the process of validation, as well as the material test, needs to be done on the items that are under production. There is a need for the manager to follow the production line storage and the checklist. This will be made up of all the company and the organization's quality production levels in terms of the goods that the firm will be provided into the market arena. There is a need for the teams to refer to the fishbone diagram. This will give them the chance to get to the root of the matter and find the problem basis whereby they will be capable of detecting the readings for the issues in the priests.

Within any project, the manager will need to find the root cause of any item, with this there is the need for the manager to find a quality engineer who will utilize their expertise in finding the problems within the projects in the firm. (Pollard, 2019). Also, there is a crucial need, which is in line with the use of charts. Such will be described the failures in the products and the status which are in line with the time. This will make the process of tracking and recording easier. There is the capability to access useful information and counter any future occurrences of such.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the obligation of the managers is probably crucial and vital within the duties thirty are allocated in any project. These are the people in control within the specific time and financial aspect within the projects. To have the ability to complete any project, there is the need to have the plan be within an achievable budget.
