RE: Week 10 Discussion

Hello! class

I feel as if these juveniles can understand what a gangs is and what they stand for and what they criminal activity are then yes they should be convicted as a adult. i feel as if it don't matter if they give then adult time or small time a person going to do what they want to do and change when they want to change and I feel like that because nothing will change a person unless they want to change I work at transitional center where it to transitional inmates back into the real world and some of these inmates have done 15 to 20 years sometimes and some of them will not be out a hold three month and they back in prison you would think after 15 or 20 years you wouldn't want to look at another prison wall then you have the one that only did 3 to 5 years will stay out so it really to me depend on if a person really want to change cause some people get tried of end and out of prison and some only know the prison life.
