Introduction

  • Pwc estimates that by 2030, the AI technologies will contribute approximately $15 trillion by 2030, following the dominance of the various areas and industries (Highlights, 2019).

  • Since the 1970s, the AI has strained to create systems and networks that are actually smarter and able to do more than human beings. The advances have resulted in significant effects on human interactions and culture.

  • Advancements in the AI technologies impact the human culture because they introduce new approaches to meeting roles and responsibilities that disrupt human culture and interactions.

Current Issues and Problems

  • Already, AI is replacing some job positions, which limits social and human interactions.

  • In many industries, automation through AI is eradicating some job positions, which leaves a few employees who are left to interact with robots and machines.

  • Also, in some establishments, the AI tools are changing the business approach to decision-making. The natural human process needs to integrate the role played by the AI technologies.

  • Over time, even severe disruptions will be experienced.

The need for a Solution

  • There is a need to ensure that the disruptions are minimized.

  • There should be an approach to the integration of AI technologies that ensures that human interactions and culture are not severely disrupted.

  • The goal is to adopt the AI technologies in the various establishments while sustaining minimal effects on human culture.

  • The strategy will help establish healthy working environments that are people centered.

Conclusion

  • Currently, the AI technologies continue to disrupt the human culture and interactions

  • Adopting the proposed approach will take a longer time, but will result in benefits, such as efficient integration of AI technologies without harmful effects on the human culture.
