Prisma MicroFinance, Inc., is a for-profit organization which provides microcredit to entrepreneurs who are not in an economic position to secure funding from traditional financial institutions. Prisma provides lending and saving services to the small-scale enterprises for two-thirds of the average competitor’s rate. Most of the Prisma customers are small business owners who can’t operate their finance with traditional financial institutions by making a modest amount in their business with less profits. The privacy rule prohibits Prisma MicroFinance from disclosing customers account number or credit card or any financial details to any nonaffiliated third party for use in marketing. We reserve the right to share nonpublic personal information with affiliated parties. Customer can opt out of information sharing within provided reasonable period of time. We restrict nonaffiliated third parties to access customer’s nonpublic personal information to market their products or services to a customer.
