The Nutrition Project #2 (the "healthy" part), This project will be very similar to the "normal" eating project, except that you will try to eat healthier, and will compare your healthy versus your normal eating and versus your USDA DRI recommendations. It is worth a lot of points (55--a little over a full grade, about 11% of your final grade) so work hard on this project! Turn things in real early and, as usual, I will look at them and leave feedback if there are any glaring problems or mistakes (this is not "grading" the project--just a courtesy "quick look"). Also, you can email me and we can discuss how to eat healthier (specific foods or recipes), or how to lose weight or gain muscle--this would be a more specific look at you as an individual if you are really interested in being healthier.
