The tone at the top describes the attitude of corporate leaders, guiding values and ethical culture within the company (Jo, 2020). There are many people and respondents who think that tone at the top is very essential behavior at work. This seems consistent to all the ages, geographic locations, and various industry sectors. Many of them felt that their organization was hierarchal, and communication is the first top down. Among all the organizations only 19% people believe that communication is a two-way process, so leaders must take care of how their conduct is seen by others (Jo, 2020).

Tone at the top may seem soft environment when it is compared to other checks. Some companies are finding it as a advantage and some or not. However, using this soft culture in any organization improves the behavior of employees and contributes a lot to the organization and it is also a great change in the company culture.

Most of the companies are using Tone at the top to strengthen their culture by evaluating it from who has already adapted this culture. However, still there are companies who do not use it. Instead of evaluating the situations there are many ways to improve the tone at the top.

Some of the ways to improve tone at the top are given below.
