The idea is to help student and teachers come up with appropriate methods that will allow them to be more in control of their classes. It promotes effective and efficient learning that translates to a higher graduation rate. It provides better classroom management techniques that will be more appropriate and appealing to the stakeholders and other organization as it improves public school system.

The first is the United States grant in the department of education. It is categorized as a learning grant that is mostly eligible for the education organization. The award aims to promote student’s achievement and preparation for future competitiveness by ensuring equal accesses to education and fostering education excellence (Grants, 2020). It offers academic improvement and teachers quality improvement that help recruit and retains high-quality teaching staff. It aligns with the project goal of providing equal access to education and management techniques of unruly students.

Secondly is the Pell federal grant that does not have to be repaid like a loan. The awards focus on improving the wellbeing of students by ensuring student education continues despite their behaviors and financial status (Federal pell grant program, 2015). It aims is to improve the education system that supports inclusivity and equality of all students. It enhances the project by ensuring all student achieve education goal, even those with unruly behaviors.

Lastly is the Annenberg foundation grant that focuses on reducing the social problem with new and innovative approaches. The awards focus on a cross-section of stakeholders in education, primarily student and teachers, to improve the education system rather than a single organization (Annenberg Foundation, 2018). It focuses on a social problem that hinders students from access to quality education, such as factors that contribute to a student being unruly in school.
