I do believe the Harley Davidson company offers employees the opportunity to grow and develop since they offer training as well as apprentice positions. With the freedom to be themselves employees are motivated to do their best work. Some locations offer onsite workout facilities allowing employee to continue working out and maintaining their fitness.

6. What do you think about working for this company?

H-D promises to hire qualified individuals for all positions and offer all employees equal opportunity regardless of race or religion (Milwaukeejobs). This would make me a proud employee/member of the H-D company. Their history and quality of product is well known, and they consider their employees as well as customers family. One of the things I would enjoy and look forward to when working with H-D are their promotional events which are always fun. With the ability for domestic relocation working for H-D allows me to be flexible in case of an emergency relocation or even a promotional relocation.

7. Explain how compensation and benefits might affect your choice of employer. What might be important to you and what would not?

“We offer an inclusive compensation package for all full-time hourly employees including, but not limited to, annual bonus programs, health insurance benefits, a 401k program, onsite fitness centers and employee stores, employee discounts on products and accessories, and more” (Milwaukeejobs). The most important compensations for me would be the health insurance, 401k program, and annual bonuses. The reality is I have a family and these things that need to be taken into consideration when planning for the future and those who depend on you.
