For every project measuring the capability of the system important and is one of the tests done. A well -known testing method f or Artificial intelligence is the Turing Test (Sharda, Delen, & Turban, 2020). In this method, an interviewer asks the question to an unseen Artificial intelligence system and human. Based on the answer provided both and after the comparison the intelligen ce of the AI system determined. There are a lot of limitations in this test as the test only provides a comparative intelligence value based on the human in the test. Humans have varying intelligence level and hence determining the intelligence of machines based on one human is not accurate. Another difficulty is that there is a blurred line between Artificial intelligence and other similar technology and are often hard to distinguish (OECD, 2019). For example, in the Turing test, the question is spoken to the AI and user in which the AI uses Natural language processing (NLP) to understand the questions to answer it. Here if the question is failed to be recognized by the AI, it the failure in the input of the question and not the processing of the question.

Another difficulty is the Turing test only with question and answers which cannot be applied to all type of artificial intelligence system. Advice on AI McKinsey and company created and posted the video in July of 2017 advising executives on AI (London, Bradski, Coates, Deng, & Shah, 2017). The video broadly aimed at providing help to executives when incorporating artificial intelligence technology. The video starts by starting that artificial intelligence has a huge capability and everyone shou ld embrace the capability. Also embracing the technology does not mean plainly implementing AI technology. AI technology needs to be researched and implemented with a business goal in mind. It is also stated in the video that the biggest challenge is not the technology but its business impact in the organization. There is a need for employees with a techno -functional role who can un derstand the business need and provide a technological solution. Artificial intelligence technology is mainly driven by data, computing power, and AI or machine learning engineers. One decision that the executive need to make is either have an in -house tea m for software development or use an enterprise AI solution. Finally, they have mentioned that AI is a powerful and important tool to be considered by all organization’s executives. Drivers of AI McKinsey & Company created and posted a video in July of 2017 about the drivers for the improvement and development in AI technology (London, Bradski, Coates, Deng, & Shah, Ask the AI experts: What’s driving today’s progress in AI?, 2017). The video stated that Artificial Intelligence has developed in m ultiple waves and the previous waves died down because the technologies capability was overestimated and due to the limitation in technology and data availability. Current Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered to be in its third wave and has been rapi dly growing since its evolution as machine learning. One of the main drivers for the development of Artificial intelligence technology is the current computing capabilities. Nowadays computing power has not only improved enabling AI development but also be coming making the technology widespread. Data also is considered as an important factor in Artificial intelligence. With the development in the internet and mobile technology more and more voice, image, and behavioral data were collected which enabled the development in Artificial. The improvement in the algorithm derived deep learning and these algorithms were drivers in the development of AI. Other technology like deep net or deep learning required a large amount of data for training the system where insu fficient data provides a failed system. To summarise, development in AI algorithms like Difficulties in measuring AI, Advice & drivers of AI and Nuance AI solutions 4 deep learning, a huge volume of available data, and improvement in the computing technology were drivers for the development of Artificial Intelligence. Nuance Nuance is a software development company that builds AI technology for organizations to enable the business to work efficiently (Nuance, 2020). Nuance provides its AI technology to different industries like healthcare, financial service, telecom, gover nment, education, retail, and legal to name a few. Nuance provides artificial intelligence products like Healthcare AI, Omni -channel customer engagement, and Dragon consumer and engagement solutions. Nuance’s Healthcare AI solution provides doctors and oth er hospital employees with documentation of patient records, diagnosis, and clinical analytics. Omni - Channel solutions provide a customer support system for any kind of industry which includes multiple channels of customer support like emails, calls, and o nline chat. Dragon speech recognition solution is provided in the home and provisional level for automating computer tasks (Nuance, 2020). Nuance Dragon speech recognition solution can be utilized to perform document updates, run reports, web searches, an d create spreadsheets (Nuance, 2020). Dragon speech recognition provides voice recognition with high accuracy and speed (Nuance, 2020). The speech recognition software provides applications like voice note -taking and voice commands to control the computer. Nuance also provides volume licensing that are cost -effective when procuring software solution for a big enterprise. The Dragon speech solution is provided for a different type of business -like accessibility, education, healthcare, legal, financial servic e, social service, small business, and law enforcement.
