The company is cognisant of its customer's needs and therefore incorporates dynamics in the entertainment industry to stand out among other entertainment industries.

Netflix Company is vision-oriented. In alignment with the vision statement, the company is not only based in the United States but also has extended its borders beyond its domicile. With its services being diverse, Netflix makes available content that accommodates different cultural backgrounds innovatively. Besides, the company is customer-centric and provides quality entertainment services in the quest to become the best company globally.
