The most difficult that I have faced having moved to a foreign country is finding a way of making money. Ever since I was a child, I was always business-oriented. As such, I have always engaged in some activities that would earn me a penny or two. For instance, by selling sweets to my classmates, or selling bans. From an early age, I learned some of the best places where I could source products at the lowest price and then sell them at a substantial topic. My fame in my school and the neighborhood also earned me a significant number of customers, thus increasing my sales. I have also worked for people whenever the opportunity arose because my goal was to compile as much money as possible.
I moved to this country, hoping that my successful entrepreneurial life would also thrive here. However, I have found it challenging to execute this due to various barriers. For instance, I am not familiar with the cheapest and the most reliable suppliers here; as such, I cannot start a business yet. Additionally, even though I have noticed some of the few things that people here love, I am still not convinced that the little knowledge that I have will earn me good business. Additionally, I have not formed a big group of friends just yet, so I am not sure that the clients will be as big as I need.
I anticipate that I will be able to adjust to the life here in a year or so. However, I have also been doing a couple of research projects, where I have established several things that I can do to help speed up my entrepreneurial dream. Firstly, I believe that it would be crucial first to learn the culture of the people here so that I effectively market my products. Additionally, it would also be essential for me to learn some of the things that the citizens are fond of. I can do this by researching online or just asking my schoolmates a couple of questions to help understand their culture better. More to this, it will also be crucial for me to study business laws in the country to avoid running in legal battles. Finally, I will also make a social media profile for my business because this would help me reach hundreds of people in a short time compared to face-by-face talks. I hope these moves will help me stabilize my business even as I continue to thrive in my education.
