Introduction

Diversity
Define diversity
“Diversity: differences in existence within a defined setting. There can be diversity in a number of settings; species across an existing ecology, brands within a market, ideas in a discussion, or experiences within a group of people. Diversity should never be used in reference to an individual as this is only in reference to an item or individual as a part of a larger structure – a person in and of themselves cannot be labeled as diverse.” (DePlonty, 2020)
