Collaboration:

The individuals work together by supporting each other to benefit the business is called cooperation. The policy in early childhood is that practitioners can use the information on collaborative activities to help partnerships at different levels (Yazejian et al., 2019).

Cloud-based Collaboration:

Cloud-based collaboration is the services provided between clouds used by the server users in a software-defined manner based on blockchain (Yin et al., 2019). Cloud-based collaboration helps two or more people work on the same project, which allows them to share and edit.

Voice Over Internet Protocol:

A phone service delivered through an internet connection instead of a regular phone service provider is called VoIP. It is the way that the phone includes where the analog signals are converted into digital signals and transferred over the internet (Jamsa, 2013).

Companies provide VoIP:

  • Google (Google Voice and Hangouts)

  • Microsoft (Skype)

  • Facebook (Whatsapp and Messenger)

The following questions need considering during cloud-based collaborative solution

  • Where will be the information get stored?

  • How secure is that information?

  • How feasible is it to manage the stored data?
