In analyzing the basic needs of the learning goals, objectives and outcomes, a substantial amount of instruction must be provided to the learners. Within the context of creating a particular design model, learners should be aware of the needs for instruction. Developing a positive learning outcome would allow individuals to become aware of the main objectives within an organization or educational institution. This is an essential outcome for obtaining the learners’ awareness.

Overview of the Instructions

When the learners of the Dolcestar organization set the goals towards learning Microsoft 2020 and Microsoft excel, they will be capable of gaining the necessary skills and knowledge for using computers. The learners are workers within the Dolcestar organization. Good computer usage skills in an organization will make the organization develop since the workers will be capable of working effectively. If the organization develops, it will have a reputable name to the nation. This will make the learners feel appreciated working in a big reputable organization.

Learning Goal

The primary goal of learning is to gain enhanced learning quality and enhanced teaching quality. Enhanced learning quality will make the learners capable of understanding many things in a short duration of time (Froiland, 2018). With quality enhanced learning and enhanced teaching, the learners will understand a lot of things faster, and they will also be used for educational purposes to other people.

Outcomes of Learning

After I learn, I will be capable of gaining knowledge of what I learned. Gaining knowledge will give learners a chance to remember many things that they learned for a long duration of time. This will make learners qualified to excel in many things while they are in school. This will make learners to be creative on all the activities when they are in school and when they get out of school. With knowledge, it will be capable of doing a lot of activities, either directly or indirectly. Knowledge is one of the best skills that all people wish to have to have a successful life (Schary, Lewis, & Cardinal, 2015). This is an essential element within any organization.

Secondly, learners will have the appropriate skills to put everything that was learned in the application. With the application of the content that was learned, learners will be capable of putting their knowledge in carrying out fundamental research on the industries where they currently work. This will help the learners to be capable of helping the organization in different ways.

Objectives of Learning

Learning will help them to be capable of physical and manual skills. This will help learners be effective and ensure that there is accuracy in the activities that they carry out as a part of my work. Manual skills will make learners not only to depend on machinery for working but also to use their hands-on working skills.

Learning will make them capable of developing feelings and emotions. Learning will make the workers capable of reason to a lot of things and thus make me capable of emotions and feelings regarding particular activities. Learning will also reduce the necessary time to allow all learners to proceed with caution once they have met their goals subjectively.

Conclusion

By analyzing the basic need for instruction, significant goals and objectives must be met within the organization. Learning goals should be based upon a simple evaluation so that learners can adjust to a particular scenario within the cycle. Learning objectives are important because they create an awareness so that individuals will recognize the benefits of receiving valuable instruction throughout the entire process. All of these important aspects can be used to create a positive learning outcome within an organization.
